Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing or shipment, cancellations are not possible.
