At Longivica Hub, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our full shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
During high-demand periods (sales events, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you if your order is significantly delayed.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout on all US orders of $65 or more. No discount code required.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates above are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. Longivica Hub is not responsible for delays caused by weather events, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to the carrier tracking page
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@longivicahub.com.
5. Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. The carrier assigned to your order will be displayed in your shipping confirmation email.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Longivica Hub is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, contact us at support@longivicahub.com immediately — we will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
7. P.O. Box & APO/FPO Addresses
We accept P.O. Box and APO/FPO shipping addresses for standard USPS shipments. Expedited and overnight options may not be available to these address types. Please select standard shipping at checkout if your address is a P.O. Box or military address.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your property including with neighbours or building reception
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us at support@longivicahub.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve your case
Longivica Hub is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist in filing carrier claims and will review each case individually to ensure a fair resolution.
9. International Shipping
Longivica Hub currently ships within the United States only. We are actively working to expand international shipping to the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available in your country.
