1. 30-Day Return Window
You may return any eligible item within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date for a full refund or a store exchange. This policy applies to all orders placed on longivicahub.com and shipped within the United States.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The item is in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, documentation, and inserts included
- Your order number or valid proof of purchase is included in the return shipment
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons:
- Opened or used beauty and skincare products (serums, creams, face oils, masks, toners)
- Opened or used personal care devices that have made direct contact with skin
- Any item explicitly labelled “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product listing at the time of purchase
- Gift cards and store credits
- Downloadable or digital items
If you are unsure whether your specific item qualifies, please email us before returning anything.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@longivicahub.com with: (a) your order number, (b) the item(s) you wish to return, and (c) your reason for returning
- Our customer support team will respond within 24 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions
- For eligible US returns, we will provide a prepaid USPS return shipping label at no charge to you
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your order number, and affix the prepaid label
- Drop the parcel at any USPS location. Keep your receipt as proof of posting
Important: Do not ship items back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorisation from us. Returns sent without authorisation may not be accepted or processed and Longivica Hub will not be responsible for any associated shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received at our fulfilment centre, we will inspect the item within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation of receipt and inspection result. If approved:
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear on your statement
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take product quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@longivicahub.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear written description of the issue
- Photographs showing the damaged or defective condition and the outer packaging
We will resolve the issue by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund including original shipping. In most cases you will not be required to return the damaged item.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item for a different colour, size, or variant, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new separate order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest possible delivery of your preferred item.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval email, please:
- Re-check your bank account and card statement carefully
- Contact your bank or card provider as processing times vary by institution
- If you still have not received the credit, email us at support@longivicahub.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately

All products sold at Longivica Hub are sourced from manufacturers that hold relevant quality certifications and meet applicable product safety standards. Complete product details, specifications, intended uses, usage instructions, warnings, and any applicable certifications are clearly stated on each individual product listing page.
Longivica Hub is not responsible for any outcomes, adverse reactions, injury, or loss resulting from use of a product outside its stated purpose, contrary to manufacturer instructions, or by persons for whom the product is not intended. Customers are solely responsible for reading all product information, ingredient lists, warnings, and instructions before use.
